Recipe: Healing Cantonese Soup (A big bowl of “comfort”)

Thrive Naturals’ Healing Cantonese Soup

Prep: 10 mins Cook: 35 mins
Total: 45 mins Servings: 2

Ingredients
3 quarts chicken (or veggie) stock
1 head Napa cabbage, sliced
4 slices fresh ginger root

Directions
Place your chicken/veggie stock into a large pot and bring it to a boil over high heat. Next, add in your sliced cabbage and sliced ginger.

This is going to reduce the temperature of the mixture a bit, so let everything get back up to a boil.

Once there, reduce the heat to a medium-low setting and let it simmer until all of those incredible flavors blend (Usually around 20 minutes).

Now, you’re ready for the final, key step — enjoying your meal.

This healthy soup is one of the tastiest we’ve ever made — and your body will love it, too.
